Abstract
Competence in Local Public Transport. A question of modus?
The note relates to a conflict of jurisdiction between territorial entities – the Municipality and the Province – in relation to the suppression of a bus stop. The issue involves aspects of legitimacy and coordination between various regulatory levels, national, regional and aspects of regulatory definition as well as issues of regulatory specialty.
