This text deals with the issue of territorial continuity and about the reconstruction made by two administrative courts of the criteria for Public Service Obligations in aviation transport sector. These two judgments are remarkable because of the capability of strictly describe limits beneath proceedings for the imposition of the Public Service Obligations, focusing, in particular, on the compatibility with European Law principles and, as matter of fact, with the State aid ban.
